our track record in terms of product quality. This success is the
result of painstaking efforts in all stages of a project to meet
the dimensional and appearance requirements of our customers.
Every custom fabrication project at EPI begins with a precise
blueprint of the part--whether provided by the customer or created
by EPI--and this serves to minimize the possibility of any deviation
from the customer's requirements.
Computer aided design software greatly facilitates many of the
engineering services which we offer, and it is fully integrated
into our CNC machining capabilities. In terms of in-process and
final inspection capabilities, our state-of-the-art coordinate measuring
machines have the capability to verify part dimensions within .0001",
and this helps to ensure that our products are shipped defect-free.
Our reputation for service, quality and dependability is evidenced
in many ways. We are a UL-approved fabricator as well as a registered
vendor with the US government through Central Contractor Registration
(CCR), thereby qualifying us for military and other federal government
opportunities. We also meet the vendor quality assurance requirements
of the US military pursuant to their standards (Mil-I-45208A).
